Nice to meet you, I’m
Dr. Caroline Ventura.
Physician, psychologist, and integrative medicine practitioner.
My work brings together medicine, psychology, prevention, and lifestyle medicine to understand health in a more complete way.
A multidisciplinary and international perspective on health.
My professional path has taken me through Brazil, Portugal, Argentina, Spain, and the Netherlands — giving me a broad, multicultural understanding of health, care, identity, lifestyle, and the human experience.
Today, my work brings together clinical medicine, psychology, lifestyle medicine, functional and integrative principles, and a strong interest in longevity, emotional well-being, metabolic health, and human performance.
I created Be Integrative Medicine for people who want more than temporary solutions. It is for those who want to understand their body, care for their mind, prevent future imbalances, and build a healthier life with depth, clarity, and intention.
A medical path shaped by science, psychology, and humanity.
Before becoming a physician, I trained and worked in psychology — a foundation that continues to shape the way I practice medicine today.
I have always been interested in the relationship between body and mind: how stress affects physiology, how emotions influence symptoms, how lifestyle shapes disease, and how deeply personal health truly is.
Over the years, my experience in hospitals, primary care, mental health, telemedicine, and international private practice has reinforced one conviction: excellent healthcare must be both scientifically grounded and profoundly human.
Be Integrative Medicine is the expression of that vision.
A place where clinical knowledge, emotional intelligence, prevention, and personalized care come together.
I help you understand your health with clarity.
Many people arrive with symptoms that feel disconnected: fatigue, stress, anxiety, digestive complaints, hormonal changes, poor sleep, low energy, mood shifts, brain fog, or the sense that their body is no longer functioning as it should.
My role is to look at the full picture.
We explore your medical history, emotional health, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, metabolism, and personal goals — not as separate pieces, but as part of one intelligent system.
From there, we create a thoughtful and realistic plan focused on restoring balance, strengthening prevention, and supporting long-term well-being.
Why work with me?
Because my approach is both clinical and integrative, scientific and human, structured and deeply personal.
I bring together the perspective of a physician, the listening depth of a psychologist, and the preventive mindset of integrative medicine.
My international background allows me to work with people from different cultures, languages, and health systems with sensitivity, precision, and respect.
This is care for people who want to be heard, understood, and guided with intelligence.
Not rushed.
Not generic.
Not superficial.
